Before that, I built a company to European market leadership, ran a $400m+ global P&L at one of the world's largest academic publishers, and advised a portfolio of growth-stage technology companies. Store Automator provides the infrastructure that powers brands and marketplaces to manage, optimise, and scale their product listings across global eCommerce channels. As CRO, I led commercial strategy, rebuilt the go-to-market approach, and drove significant revenue growth through new channel partnerships and enterprise account development.
Joined as part of a new founding team to re-imagine an award-winning statistical data research platform as a B2B SaaS product — rebuilding the product architecture, go-to-market strategy, and commercial model from the ground up.
Led the commercial strategy and fundraising process, closing a $1.4m seed round from institutional and angel investors. Grew the enterprise client base to include global brands across hospitality, retail, and logistics.
Recruited to take ownership of Wiley's global channel partner operation — a $400m+ P&L spanning online retail, physical retail, and wholesale channels across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Transformed an underperforming team and commercial model, restructuring partner relationships and internal processes to deliver a 32% profitability improvement in two years. Led VP, Global Resellers prior to promotion.
Founded Vearsa and built it from zero into Europe's largest eBook distribution company — connecting publishers with digital retail channels globally. Grew the client base to 500+ publishers and media companies worldwide and raised €20m+ in VC and angel funding across multiple rounds.
Recognised as a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winner in 2015 (Ireland) and recipient of 40+ business and leadership awards. Built and led the commercial, product, and operational teams across offices in Europe and the US.
